What is the delivery time for my order?
When you place an order with Hammonds, the delivery time may be a little different from what you're used to. Since our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we can save significantly on storage and shipping costs. This allows us to price our products more competitively.
The average delivery time is 7 to 12 business days (Mon-Fri, excluding public holidays).

What should I do if I haven’t received my order yet?
Due to high demand for our products, your order may arrive slightly later than expected. We appreciate your understanding. If the expected time has passed and you still haven't received your package, please email us at support@Hammonds-Aus.com. We’ll investigate what’s going on with your parcel.

I want to exchange/return my order, how do I do this?
To return an item, simply contact our customer service team at support@Hammonds-Aus.com. Please include your name, order number (e.g., #0000) from the confirmation email, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the return address and confirm the return. Once that's done, you can send the product back to us via a courier of your choice.

What are the costs for returns?
Unfortunately, returns are at your own expense. The cost will depend on the courier. Please consult the website of the courier you wish to use for more information about pricing.

What are the conditions for returning my product(s)?
There is always a return period of 30 days. The return period starts the day you receive the item. However, there are conditions for returns.
You can only return an item if:

  • The return period has not expired;

  • The product is in its original packaging and all labels are still attached;

  • The product has not been used.

What payment methods can I use?
We accept payments via Credit Card, Paypal, GooglePay and ApplePay. If you're unsure whether your payment method is accepted, follow the steps on the payment page to view all available options.

What if I didn’t receive a confirmation email for my order?
That shouldn’t happen! Please email us with your full name and email address at support@Hammonds-Aus.com., and we’ll assist you promptly.

Can I cancel my order?
If you'd like to cancel your order for any reason, please email us as soon as possible at support@Hammonds-Aus.com. Include your name, order number (e.g., #0000) from the confirmation email, and the reason for the cancellation.
